F1 changes regulations: No more mandatory pit stops in Monaco
Formula 1 has scrapped the mandatory pit stops for the Monaco Grand Prix following heavy criticism. At the same time, the FIA has introduced a qualifying rule change to accommodate the expanded 22-car grid for 2026.
